DIRECTIONS: It has been suggested by Teena that the best way to reach the JFK Library site is:

Get onto (West) I-780 once you come off  I-80 (from whatever direction you are coming from.. i.e Sacramento(north) Fremont, Santa Clara (south), Lodi, (east), or Sonoma, Marin County( west)) which turns into Curtola Parkway which then turns into Mare Island Way (Avenue of the Flags), then turn right onto Capitol Street, drive diown to the end of the parking lot (you can't drive any further and must turn left)  and there is plenty of parking. The Sister City Room is locatedin the back of the Library building on the ground level and it is signed.

All entrances to the Sister City Room as external. One does not have to go through the  building to get to a room. The Sister City Room entrance is in the corner of th back of the building. The Library is located near the waterfront and its a busy area but just keep in mind to drive into the city parking lot and proceed to the back of the Library building and that is wher everyone can park .

If you have a problem: Teena's cell# is 707-980-0100 and her husband (JD) is 707-529-0119.

The 505 Santa Clara Street address is for the front of the library building. Now then, Vallejo has a downtown Farmer's Market on Saturday so..... the Santa Clara Street will be closed according to Teena.

See you on the 17th.

Bill Hinkle
